Questions travelers ask us
Can you return my clothes the same day?
Yes. In Shanghai, if we collect before 11am and there are no special items, we deliver the same evening with no rush fee. In other cities we usually deliver the next day if there are no special items; same-day service costs an extra 50% rush fee.
Do you pick up from hotels?
Yes. We collect from hotels, apartments, serviced residences and offices, Monday to Sunday, 8am–9pm.
How much is pickup and delivery?
Pickup and delivery fees depend on the distance. Just send us your address and we’ll calculate the fee for you.
How can I pay as a foreigner?
WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay card, cash on delivery, bank transfer, or US dollars through PayPal.
What goes in wash & fold by the kilo?
T-shirts, polo shirts, underwear, socks, towels, pajamas, exercise wear, some kids’ clothes and bed sheets. Delicate items and anything needing stain treatment or pressing are charged per piece.
Can you remove every stain?
We treat every stain carefully but cannot guarantee all will come out. Tell us about stains as early as possible — fresh stains are much easier to remove.
